Bookings are only confirmed after the receipt of an advance payment.
Full payment must be completed prior to departure, unless stated otherwise.
All bookings are subject to availability.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to seasonal or currency fluctuations.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
Refunds (if applicable) depend on the time of cancellation and vendor policies.
No refunds for:
No-shows
Last-minute cancellations
Partially used services
If we cancel the trip due to unforeseen reasons (natural disaster, political unrest), a full or partial refund will be offered, subject to supplier policies.
Customers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and other travel documentation.
We do not take responsibility for delays or rejections due to documentation issues.
We act as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (e.g., hotels, airlines).
We are not liable for:
Loss or damage to personal belongings
Personal injuries or illness
Delays, strikes, or acts of God
We are not responsible for changes in travel schedules by third-party providers.
Travelers are expected to behave respectfully with other travelers, staff, and service providers.
Any misconduct may result in removal from the trip without refund.

You may not reuse, copy, or distribute our content without permission.
Unauthorized use of the website may lead to legal action.
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, war, or pandemics.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
We encourage amicable resolutions via customer support first.
